Sheela doesn’t just train — she transforms. Sheela G. is the founder of Lucerna Aurea and a internationally certified corporate trainer and HR consultant with over 15 years of experience working across Dubai, Muscat, and India. Holding an MBA, and an LLB alongside internationally recognised certifications from the UK, USA, and India, she brings a strong academic foundation to everything she does — paired with the kind of practical, on-the-ground experience that only comes from years of working closely with real teams in real organisations.
Over the course of her career, she has worked with reputed consultancies and leading organisations across construction, contracting, engineering, manufacturing, retail, trading, and services — spanning groups such as Teejan, WJ Towell, Assarain, Zubair Corporation, and India Cements. This breadth of exposure has given her a genuine understanding of how different industries operate, what their people need, and how to design training that actually lands.

Sheela’s signature style is rooted in a rare trifecta: hands-on HR leadership, consulting exposure, and certified training expertise — and it’s this combination that forms her core unique value proposition. Having served as an HR Manager, she has navigated real organisational challenges from the inside — understanding senior management expectations, middle management pressures, and employee realities all at once. That end-to-end perspective means she never views a challenge in isolation. Layered on top of that is her consulting background, which gives her the ability to diagnose whether an issue stems from systems, structures, processes, leadership, or people capability — and design the most appropriate intervention accordingly. The result is training and advisory work that goes beyond the surface, addresses root causes, and creates change that actually holds.
She’s known for being easy to work with — someone who takes the time to understand an organisation before walking into a session. Her approach blends analytical thinking with creative facilitation; she’s equally comfortable diagnosing a people challenge at a strategic level and then delivering a session that’s engaging, practical, and tailored to the audience in front of her. A certified HR and L&D professional with over 15 years of experience across Dubai and Muscat, he brings a grounded, practical approach to every training engagement. Holding internationally recognised certifications from the USA and India alongside an MBA, his background spans HR management, organisational development, and corporate training delivery across sectors including education, facilities management, manufacturing, retail, trading, and building materials.
Having worked extensively within organisations as an HR Manager, he understands workplace dynamics from the inside — from policy implementation and performance management to leadership development and employee engagement. That real-world HR experience shapes the way he trains: sessions are always relevant, relatable, and built around what people actually deal with on the job.
He is known for his confident facilitation style, strong public speaking ability, and natural ease with multicultural audiences — having worked across Indian, Arab, Filipino, and Western teams throughout his career in the GCC. His training covers soft skills, leadership and supervisory development, emotional intelligence, communication, sales and customer service, and HR fundamentals.
